Fit for KZG
- Be fully prepared for the transition to KZG! Our holiday course strengthens your child's skills in the relevant school subjects of mathematics and French and ensures a successful start to the new school year at KZG.
The transition to Kurzzeitgymnasium is particularly challenging for students. The difference in level of difficulty between secondary school and KZG is considerable, and gaps must be closed quickly, especially in mathematics and French, in order to ensure a successful start.
What can your child expect from the course?
This intensive course teaches your child the basics necessary for a successful start at KZG:
- French: Targeted consolidation of French language skills that are particularly important in KZG, with a focus on vocabulary and grammar. Le Cours Intensif and Dis Donc Gymnase are used for this purpose, which have been specially adapted to the Gymnasium materials of the Canton of Zurich.
- Mathematics: Deepening and revision of central mathematical topics such as algebra, equations and word problems. Special attention is paid to topics that are important at the KZG.
Who is this course suitable for?
This course is aimed at students who are transferring to a short-term Gymnasium and want to prepare for the new material. Students who want to fill gaps in their mathematics and French will also find this course ideal.
