FAQ - Flexible Payment Options
The first payment must usually be received before the course starts, unless other arrangements have been negotiated. The exact payment dates will be clearly communicated as part of your individual instalment plan.
Once your payment plan has been confirmed, we will send you all the necessary payment information and instalment invoices, as well as any partial invoices, by email. Upon request, we can also provide a complete payment overview.
In case of delays, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. Together, we will find a solution. In case of repeated non-payment, we may adjust the payment plan.
We generally recommend clarifying the payment terms before completing your booking. However, in justified cases, we will also consider the possibility of payment by instalments after the booking has been made – please contact us directly to discuss this option.
